In a parallel leadership development, Swapan Mukherjee has been elevated to the role of Group Chief Financial Officer.
In his new role, Rajesh Shirwatkar will be responsible for leading the company’s financial strategy, planning, compliance, treasury management, and governance functions. A Chartered Accountant, Rajesh brings over 29 years of leadership experience across industries including real estate, retail, FMCG and pharmaceuticals. He has deep expertise in financial reporting, treasury, taxation, IND AS audits, performance analytics, IPO processes, internal controls and finance automation. In his previous role at Shriram Properties Limited, he led multi-regional finance operations and played a key role in driving SAP implementation and strengthening governance frameworks. Known for his structured approach and strong compliance orientation, Rajesh is expected to play an important role in enhancing financial discipline and supporting the company’s next phase of growth.
