This Week: Eight IPOs Totaling More Than Rs. 1,480 Crore Will Be Issued

<p>The week beginning March 4 will see the continuation of the strong primary market trends, with eight IPOs valued at over Rs 1,480 crore going up for public subscription and seven firms planned to list on the bourses.</p>

<p><strong>IPO for RK Swamy</strong></p>
<p>On March 4, the public was able to subscribe to RK Swamy’s IPO, which is a data-driven integrated marketing services provider. The Rs 423.56-crore initial public offering (IPO) has a price range of Rs 270–288 per share.</p>
<p>March 12 is when the RK Swamy IPO will be allotted, and on March 12, 2024, it will be listed on the NSE and BSE.</p>
<p><strong>IPO of J.G. Chemicals</strong></p>
<p>On March 5, the public may now subscribe to JG Chemicals’ initial public offering. JG Chemicals is a maker of zinc oxide. The Rs 210–221 price range for the Rs 251.19-crore initial public offering has been set. The closing date of the IPO is March 7.</p>
<p>The JG Chemicals’ initial public offering (IPO) will be allocated on March 5 and listed on the NSE and BSE on March 7, 2024.</p>
<p><strong>IPO for Gopal Snacks</strong></p>
<p>Gopal Snacks, a company that sells snacks both Western and ethnic as well as other goods in India and abroad, opened up subscriptions for the general public on March 6. An IPO valued at Rs 650 crore has a set price range of Rs 381-401 per share. March 11 is the closing date for the IPO.</p>
<p>Gopal Snacks’ initial public offering (IPO) will be allocated on March 6 and its listing on the NSE and BSE on March 11, 2024.</p>
<p><strong>VR Infrastructure Initial Public Offering</strong></p>
<p>Real estate development business VR Infraspace issued its first public offering for subscription to the general public on March 4. The Rs 85 per share price range for the Rs 20.40-crore initial public offering has been set. March 6th is the closing date for the IPO.</p>
<p>On March 7, the VR Infraspace initial public offering (IPO) will be allotted. On March 12, 2024, the IPO will be listed on the NSE SME.</p>
<p><strong>Initial Public Offering of Sona Machinery</strong></p>
<p>The public may now subscribe to Sona Equipment Ltd.’s IPO, which was launched on March 5. Sona Machinery Ltd. is an agricultural equipment producer. The Rs 136–143 price range for the Rs 51.82-crore initial public offering has been set. The closing date of the IPO is March 7.</p>
<p>Sona Machinery’s initial public offering (IPO) will be allocated on March 5 and its listing on the NSE SME is scheduled for March 7, 2024.</p>
<p><strong>Fabcom Shree Karni IPO</strong></p>
<p>The public may now subscribe to Shree Karni Fabcom Ltd.’s initial public offering (IPO) as of March 6. The company makes customized knit and woven textiles. The Rs 42.49-crore initial public offering (IPO) has a price range of Rs 220–227 per share. March 11 is the closing date for the IPO.</p>
<p>Shree Karni Fabcom’s initial public offering (IPO) will be allotted on March 12 and listed on NSE SME on March 14, 2024.</p>
<p><strong>Fine Diamond Jewellery Koura IPO</strong></p>
<p>On March 6, the public may subscribe to Koura Fine Diamond Jewellery Ltd.’s initial public offering. Koura Fine Diamond Jewellery Ltd. is a wholesaler of gold and diamond jewellery. The Rs 5.5-crore initial public offering (IPO) has a defined price range of Rs 55 per share. March 11 is the closing date for the IPO.</p>
<p>March 12 is the day of the Koura Fine Diamond Jewellery IPO allotment, and March 14 is the date of the BSE SME listing in 2024.</p>
<p><strong>IPO for Pune E-Stock Broking</strong></p>
<p>On March 7, the public may now subscribe to Pune E-Stock Brokerage Ltd.’s initial public offering, a corporate brokerage business. Rs 78–83 per share is the price range set for the Rs 38.23-crore initial public offering. March 12 is when the IPO will conclude.</p>
<p>Pune E-Stock Broking’s first public offering (IPO) will be allotted on March 12 and listed on BSE SME on March 15, 2024.</p>
<p><strong>Listings for IPOs This Week</strong></p>
<p>The following first public offerings (IPOs) will be listed: Platinum Industries, a manufacturer of stabilisers; Exicom Tele-Systems, a supplier of electric vehicle charging systems; Bharat Highways Infrastructure Investment Trust; and Mukka Proteins (on March 7).</p>
<p>Owais Metal and Mineral Processing, Purv Flexipack, and MVK Agro Food Product are the SMEs that will list their equity shares on the NSE Emerge on March 4, March 5, and March 7, respectively.</p>
